Luring customers by offering 'free samples', this Company will charge the full amount against an unsuspecting persons credit card, if the samples are not being returned within two weeks. They are stipulating this in very fine print under their General Terms and Conditions, knowing full well that people will not read these terms in case of a free sample offer.
What irks me even more is the fact, that my Credit Card provider, CIBC, seems to be fully aware of this scam, yet they are still processing these charges. Despite having alerted CIBC and having changed my credit card number, they still processed additional charges even though I did not receive additional shipments of this product.
