They do not care about keeping their customers happy at all. Went to the store in Maple Ridge to look at tie soft sided crates they had on sale at 50% off. The crate I was interested in was priced at $54.96. I told them I wanted to buy 2 crates. The manager got the boxed crate down for us and I said I would take the display crate since they didn't have another boxed one. Then the Manager told us that the crate was mispriced and was actually $69.99, not $54.96. I told her I would pay the proper sale price on the second crate if she gave us the open crate at the cheaper price. She refused and said she had no authority to do anything like that. We asked that she call the manager higher than her and explain the situation. She did and came back to us to say he said they wouldn't do anything for us. When I asked her to get the manager back so that we could talk to him, she refused and told us that he does not talk to customers over the phone.
This is blatant bad policy and pretty much "bait and switch" in my opinion. Any other company would give you the item at the price labelled and then correct the price after.
Made both me and hubby so mad, we returned all the items we had just bought and left the store. If this is the kind of customer service that Petcetera provides, I will never shop there again.
