MDSC Publishing claims that we have ordered "communication Packages". WE made the mistake of paying one invoice, that was in 2002. Since then they have continued to send more invoices, so far there are 5 different invoice numbers all with the same date.
I have continued to tell them that we did not order, that we were not going to pay. I have asked for proof of delivery, signed contracts, etc, So far they have not provided a thing. They keep telling me we owe them becuase we paid the first invoice, so we are obligated to pay the remaining. I have read others complaints regarding this company and I have provided a complaint to our Attorney Generals Office.
