Oger customer supports are noobs

Well ill try to make this short day 1 got a new cell phone plan (very good deal very happy). Fay 2 found out something was wrong with cell phone plan (voicemail screw up my incoming call) So i call them they told me to call back in the next 4 hours ok so i call back when i call back they told me there system is still down so i call back the next day.(Day 3 i call them during lunch 12 something.. First person that i talk to was from tech support He told me to call the Cellular provider since my phone was not from roger so i call my service provide (Motorola) since i got the E6 ok i phone them they ask me what was your problem i told them my incoming call did not work so they ask me when did it happen and i told just after i change my pan and they told me to call Roger again. So i call back to roger and speak to another tech support and he told me that he does not have the information on the computer so he have to transfer me to customer service (which took 1.5hrs) i was put on hold for more then 45 min. when customer service was on the line she told me i couldn't get any help from that department so i was transfer again to tech support, rather then waiting i hanged up and try again the next day i try calling it took me more then 1hr and a half to get someone on the line. (it was like There a high volume of callers right now please wait patiently)

so i waited and waited when there was actually someone for me to talk to she said can i get ur information name password and b day. later in 5 min she ask me what is your problem so i told her my incoming call did not work and she told me she couldn't help me and ill have to be transfer to the the tech support she insisted me to recall back which i didn't wanted to do since i had to wait 1.5hrs. So i re phone tech support and guess what they said they transfer me to customer service. Right when the support guy told me he was going to transfer me i told him i wanted to speak to a manager and he told me that his manager has left for today. so i was like is int there any manager in the company where i can talk to? he then told me every manager had went home which i think was kinda bogus. so the next day i phone in the morning and customer service told me there computer where down . so the next day i phone them again and they told me there computer are going through a maintenance. the Last day there was a lady that help me which had no idea what she where doing she didn't even know what Motorola was until i told her it was a cell phone manufacture company... i had to get transfer 3 more times until i had a chance to talk to a manager which he told me my probelm could of been fix at customer service or tech support... which piss me off allot.
