Ripoff charged credit card 6 months ago but didn't send product

I ordered an adjustable piano bench from Concert Master International from their web site concertmaster.ca in Sept 2005, I haven't received the product yet after 6 months. They have charged my credit card for $270. They never answer their phone, emails or faxes.

Don't order anything from Concert Master International!
