Anyone in the Toronto area, please beware of RON SPARAGA, a fraudulent contractor/builder. Don't be fooled by his frail, elderly appearance or slick spiel about how he is here to help you with an excellent renovation at bargain costs. This guy will take your deposit money on the pretext of doing a renovation/construction job and he will run with it. If you are lucky enough to ever hear from him again, it will be with excuses. And good luck trying to get in touch with him once he has your dough.
This guy would steal money from his mother without a second thought. Do not make the mistake of giving him any of your money.
