The only person in the place that has any sense is James, i dont know how Pierre ever got a supervisors role if thats even his role..my bank screwed up my account so i call Medicard righr away to let them know, because they had not recieved the NSF yet i was told to WAIT for a phone call, instead i get a letter deamnding payment. When i call i was told im no longer on the account they need to speak to my husband...(who sent in a fax 2yrs ago to say i can speak on his behalf) the man is rude and obviously they dont want there money and am being charged more interest in the meant time i would NOT recommend getting finance with these people if i had another option of doing my operation i would have done so... there are no customer service skills what so ever. And if anyone knows where i can send a complaint to a manager in corporate or something like that it would be great.
