RBC Royal Bank charged $10, 000 quarterly mortgage payments when renewing the mortgage. Normal payments were in the $400 bi-weekly range. How odd is that??? And then they charged me penalty for late payment and reported it to the credit bureau screwing with my credit score. Why should it be my problem if it's their glitch? Then irregularities started happening with my property tax payments. They charged me 13 payments instead of 12 for the year. Give my money back and stop screwing around with my account! Switching to the Credit Union. I support local banking, don't want to help the multinationals any more.
