Up dates aren't getting completed
I have had norton coming on telling me the dates aren't up to date..and when i try to have it fixed it won't go..i have followed the instructions and turned my computer off to restart to reload... but still i don't get the updates completed..please get back to me..the code i was given was 246612 ...
