I purchased this product last Nov. 19, 2010. I have not use it, but when I tried to use it it won't open. Everytime I click on sattelitedirect icon on my desktop, it will just show a sattelitedirect checking for registration, then it will dissappear. Is ther anybody there that can help us recover our money? My receipt no. is J6CGNE5T
