On Sunday February 1 2009, Mr. MacDonald came to my home and quoted me for a new antenna tower and digital antenna. He would not take the order unless I put a deposit of $300.00. I wrote a checque which was cashed the next day. On Tuesday, I was telephoned and told that antenna towers were on back order and that they wouold contact me when they arrived. Four weeks later, I was telephoned and told that they could install the next day. I could not be available and we set another date. THey did not show up nor did they call to explain. I finally got an answer later in the day and was told that they would come the next day - again no show and I tried to reach them again. They called me back and arranged for the following week- again no show. This little dance happened on 8 separate occasions with no telephone calls to apologize and nothing but excuses. Finally after losing 8 days of work to accommodate these people, I told them to return the money to pme please.
I have been told that the bookkeeper is out of town, the checque is in the mail, they will drop off the checque this weekend, this weekend and now they are not answering my calls - call display the friend of ripoff artists... it is July 21 today and still nothing.
