I also have got some experience with this company. I was called first by their secretary for the meeting. Of course the secretary was ander the glass... :)) The meeting was quite well organized. We've talked about 1, 5 hours. They didn't ask about my experiense in details. Neither they asked recommendation letters, etc. We just talked about the life in different countries, etc.
Then I was invited to come the next time with my wife. It was first time in my life when you are looking for a job and asked to come with your spose. We thought they planned to offer me a good job with relocation to somewhere in Canada. Well..they didn't :)).
After another hour's chat about the life, religion, etc. I was offered to sign a 3-years contract. The sum was 7, 000 CAD taxes :)). The prepayment was indicated as 5, 500. The "contract" was 1/2 page text about nothing... Just that I have to pay...
I replyed to them later by mail. And said that I'm ready in general to pay their fee in % connected to my future job. But after they do the work, not before. It seems that they are not interested in such type of business.
That's what I know. And you can decide for yourself what was that about. And please make sure that RD Group Int. - it's not a employment agency. It's written in their "contract-offer" in blank letters.
