Ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing

I have registered with Oilcareer.com to get me a job on an oil rig paying $197 US in May 2002 and since then I have not heard a word from them.

I have been trying to get a hold of them so many times (writing letters, sending even a courier to deliver my letter, faxing, calling, emailing etc.) but it was useless. I was told according to their website that my money will be fully refunded upon 90 days if I won't get a job. Now they have changed their wording stating that they do not guarantee it.

The last letter I have sent to them was saying: Please send my money back or otherwise I will be seeking a legal advice But nothing happened, and I am still waiting and hoping to get my money back that I have honestly earned, and those people at Ecomm Strategic Inc. are doing it so dishonestly filling up their fat pockets with our money.

Please, please help me to resolve this issue. Thank you.
