This same letter came in my mailbox. It said that 39, 000 had been won and the check of 3, 950.00 was to pay the taxes and to call Chuck Lee or Gloria Vincent at 1-905-598-6604 to finalize the claim. I was suspicious in the first place because it was addressed to my 11 year old daughter. The check was from Citibank, NA. Looks very real. I had no idea how bad this was until I searched for the company and found this site. There has got to be something we can do.
