I would like to take a second to tell any person or company that will listen to me, that the company "Razor Eye Media Group" is a scamming company. They should not be trusted.
I bought a 3 day trial subscription to the company with the intent to do a background check on a person. I had to give my banking information to access the trial offer. I then cancelled the subscription to the company within the 3 days, but I have now had two $38.00 charges for "membership access". These are charges I never approved.
I have made many attempts now to correct the charges. Every time I call the company I get the same cancellation department with the same two "supervisors". Apparently the whole company is based off this single department. I have aske to speak to the director of the company and they said they are not athurized to give me that information. I asked to be transfered to another department and was told they didnt have any phone numbers for the other company departments. I asked how they contact people higher up than them and other departments, I was told they talk only by Email.
I just want everyone to know that this company is not to be trusted! I am on a mission to spread the word on how bad they are. thank you for your time.
