Unauthorized charge

I subscribe online to receive a free sample of ACAISLIM in November 08.. I never received any products and then they have been charging twice a month charges to my credit card without receiving any products.

So, I also had your fit-fac.com on 2 charges..

I just sent an email to ACAI SLIM center at: [email protected]

Hopefully they will answer me by tomorrow, if not I have to open an investigation with my credit card company.
