Smartbuyoptical pedro petino billed my credit card for eyeglass frames on Feb 23 2012 still have not received item not replying to emails or phone
I ordered eyeglass frames online from smartbuyglasses on Feb 23 2012. As of today March 17 2012 I have not received anything. My credit card was billed the same day as order. Tried to phone and email customer service, they will not reply to emails inquiries or answer their 1 800. I am thinking that i am a victim of Internet Fraud and Creditcard Fraud.
