I was surprised to view my account online to find out that $139 has been debited from my account without my knowledge. I do not recall ever visiting this company's website nor hearing of this company before this debit transaction took place and I had to hunt down information from this company.
I also have no idea how they have obtained my account number. Patelco Credit Union authorized the debit, however, much to my surprise. Beware of this company. I intend to contact both this company and my bank to get my money back. This has been an unfair and obstrusive transaction that has caught me unaware.
