Here is a copy of what I sent to the college:

My wife came in for a tour and to talk about taking a course at your school. She never did have a tour and never left this man’s office. She has a learning disability and was asking one of the managers about what kind of accommodations are available. This gentleman did everything in his power to degrade my wife and make her feel like she was useless. He informed her that this school was not for her and when she mentioned a Human Rights Issue he said “let’s not even go there". I am 3000km away working in Saskatchewan and to see my wife crying and degraded like she was is in-excusable. This man should be and still might be brought up on a Human Rights Issue. I am furious that there is still Neanderthal people that think anyone different is not worth the time of day. I hope that when I come home in May that she will sign the papers that will take your school to the Human Rights Tribunal. Then maybe this gentleman will understand to think before he opens his mouth the next time.
