These people generate bankruptcy forms It is unclear exactly which chapters of Bankruptcy that they offer. They do however have resource indicators that lead you to believe they do all chapters. They only do Chapter 7, and I needed a Chapter 13 done.
By the time they take your money and you realize it isn't what you need its too late. They took $179 of my dollars and I didn't use their Service. There is no phone # or direct email address for contacting these people. They hide behind the website waiting for victims They have only sent canned email statements about adhereing strictly to Policy I sent 25 emails with my phone # and they refuse to call me. My bank could not stop the pending transaction. They sent me this very professional (not) email response:

Well you need to blame yourself for your own errors. We were not the ones who inccured the debts that you are now trying to run from. You are the one attempting to rip-off your creditors; not wanting to pay what you owe them by filing bankruptcy. We did not force you or mislead you in your grand plans. You a really shameless individual to accuse us of ripping you off when it appears you are the one who has perfected the art of filing repeated bankruptcies and not wanting to pay creditors. You obviously do not get it.
