I have visited your establishment since it opened in St. Catharines with my son and now my grandsons. I enjoy a good cup of coffee. I currently suffer from Parkinsons Disease. I have experienced two incidents recently wherein coffee has oozed out the spout of the newly constructedcoffee cup and scalded me. The insulated cup does a wonderful job of keeping the coffee hot and easy to handle, however, the coffee cup lid contains a pop up bubble on the rim that is suppose to make the coffee accessible. I have yet to get that pop up bubble in place without the coffee spilling over on me. It does not fit properly thus coffee spills all over. I felt compelled to write to your company and suggest that someone study the makeup of the cup in the hope that the cup structure can be improved and I don't have to worry about burning myself when I indulge my coffee cravings.
