I received a phone call from Prime Financial in December 03 right before Christmas. They said they new my situation of having bad credit and that they received my name from a list that's aimed at matching poor souls (those in debt) with Financial institutions.
I was someone who had just finished paying off a debt, trying to turn my life around and thought that this would be the right step in the right direction.
They understood it was the holiday season and that they could wait for the one time payment of 187.00 for a Mastercard... right then and there I gave them my info like an idiot and true to their word a couple weeks later they took out my money!!!
I received a packet in the mail with all these offers and no MASTERCARD. So I called them right away and they said I had to fill out the application to get approved&- huh?!!! They called me out of the blue and offered me this deal plus took out my money and now I have to apply again!!! I just sent it out maybe two weeks ago and haven't received any word back.
I am a college student trying to fight raising tuition, trying to do the right thing and establish good credit, look what happens!!! There are a lot of people that have gone through this and some at this very moment are getting sucked into deceit!! I say we ban together and fight this!!!
