My husband and I have less than perfect credit, so when we decided to adopt a child, we got pretty discouraged because no one would take a chance on us to give a loan for the adoption fees. My husband, through lots of searching, found this company and spoke to a Celion Patterson.
She informed him that we could get a $10, 000 loan. She then called back and said that due to his credit that we would have to pay $1015 for an insurance policy. We had some thought that it might not be legit, but he told the lady what the money was for so why would people be so heartless.
We sent the money Western Union on 10-03-06 and was promised the money in 24 hours. She also told my husband that a welcome packet would be coming to the house and that someone needed to be home to sign for it. He stayed home from work and we were excited that we finally was going to have the money we needed to continue in the adoption process.
Needless to say, no one showed up and my husband cannot get Celion on the phone. We never received the loan either. We are extremely devastated because our dream of finally starting a family has been delayed for an indefinite period of time.
We lost our rent money when we sent this to them and we are in a big hole at the bank. I want someone to do something about these people. They must be stopped before they hurt countless numbers of people.
