DO NOT PURCHASE FROM JEWEL OCEAN!!! I bought a ring 8 business days ago and i'm in a battle just to try to recieve my reciept. Just trying to get through to them is a mission, they answer the phone 20% of the time. You have to leave a message but no one returns your call. When you do get through to them the excuses are ridiculous for a business, "i was on the other line", was one of them, "i still cant give you your reciept cause my manager is in india at the moment so its been crazy around the office", so basically one person leaves and customers cant get their reciepts anymore. That's all besides the fact that they told me i was supposed recieve my ring on tuesday may 3rd and today is monday may 9 and no one is answering the phones. I'm begining to think they are a scam.
