I have the same complaint, money taken out of my credit card to the tune of $133.62, two times befor I realized what was happening. I was lucky enough to reach an agent, and after explaining my complaint, that I did not receive the product, but was charged for it, was told after she tried to explain, that orders were sent every fifteen days, but my last order was declined due to lack of funds. Oh lucky me, then she said as I didn't understand she could no longer speak with me. I never received any product, except for the free one.
