Ripoff travel has not refunded package after return within the 30 days required

On June 23 2004 we had purchased a travel package through sunshine travel. On July 9th 2004 we returned the package and they received it on July 12th 2004. Eric the credit manager at that time confirmed we wanted to return and he then told us it would be 10 business days. That came and went, so I called again Eric was no longer there Scott now was credit manager, he told us Eric never put it in and he would put it in for us, give 10 business days. That also came and went, on Aug 13th I called again, he told me due to the storm it would get processed on Aug 16th 2004 so I waited to that week he said it would be 72 hours or you will see it on your next statement. never happend. Now I have called every day from Monday August 13th to August 17 they now have another credit manager allen never called back, so now I got to have my credit card company get involved in fighting this and I will have this sent to them to answer up for this. If I do not get a refund of my full purchase price this will stay on as a business not to use.
