Harrasment by digital dialing

We had a beeping from our home alarm system.

I went and purchased a new battery from them and installed it.

Now I'm on a digital dialing twice a day telling me my "battery needs replacing".

After frustrating phone calls I am told if I write them I can stop it for seven days!

I have asked that a supervisor contact me but no call back as promised.

I really want to stop this poop.
