A sales person called our store at 8:00 PM an told one of our clerks that she needed to order paper for the new crdit card machine that we had installed.
She told them to call back in the morning and they told her we only got 2 rolls of paper with machine and needed to order now and they would give her a discount. She gave them the # off the machine and told them to call back in the morning with cost and other info.
Next we received a box of paper totalling $283.70 and I called the company to tell them to pick it up and it wasn't ordered or authorized. We got the same paper for $48.00 here locally where my son works and when I told them that they agreed to lower to price to $48.00.
I still refused the order and told them I wanted a authorization # to return it to them. They refused to give me one and said they'd turn the bill over to a collection agency.
That was back in December and last month we got another bill and then they called last week and when I tried to return the call the # had been changed to something called National Security ADT. I then got an 800# from directory assistance for International Paper thinking it was the same company and they found this website and told me to contact you.
They show their fereral ID #98-232629 on the bill of lading. I have peoples names and the bills here and have never paid them.
