Also on many occasions repair men can be overheard gossiping to property manager about conditions of apartments in the building whether the tenants appear to be "clean or dirty people". Essentially using contract workers to spy and report on tenants solely based the appearance of the tenants apartments. When you first move into the apartments promises are made about repairs that will get done. These "promises" are never followed by action even after putting issues in writing. When you then call the property manager to see if something can be done the property manager turns blame on the tenant claim they caused the damage. And since there are no repairs or cleaning done on apartment before new tenants move in many tenants moving out are scammed out of their deposits being blame for years worth of damages that were promised the be fixed when you first move in. When you complain about this property managers tells the tenant to take the building to court. Basically you are judged and treated poorly just for being a tenant of the building labeled as just another worthless dirty person.
