Dealt with an affiliate who did a great job of selling me on their software. Put in a cancellation request with my current website provider as I was told installation would happen in 8 to 10 days, once a contract was signed.
Their affiliate supposedly put in numerous requests for this contract and never received one.
I offered to send a check for 20K directly to the affiliate, who said he could not legally do this. I was directed to another representative, and she then directed me to their tech form, so I could deal with the parent company directly. No response from them either. The affiliate then tried to sign me up for some sort of free promotion so I could at least have something on my website. I got nothing but errors trying to signup - which is good, as I'm sure their paid program is just as buggy.
Stay away.
