I think it is apalling to find out that after having to pay $75.00 an hour for a personal trainer at Extreme fitness that the trainer is not certified or has had any formal schooling.
Also to find out most of the trainers are hired off the floor because they happen to have nice bodies and they look good. I was told by my trainer that he was hired because they need to fill space and he knows how to work out. BIG DEAL!!! I also have a background to workout. I found out that Mike Clements and Jeremy Klugerman make it a common practive to hire people first and worry about the schooling later.
If you are looking to get proper training don't I repeat don't go to Extreme Fitness. After some research it appears to happen at all locations especially their new facility.
Extreme Fitness is charging for top of the line but they cannot produce top of the line product.
WHere is the paper work -- Buyer Beware - look for the degree and certification!!!
