I have been paying into disability on my american express card since i first got it... now have been on disability through my work since june 14 and am still on now... i understand till your insurance kicks in you have to make the payments... now my insurance has kicked in and they have a check for 330 dollars... which i thought i was getting but apparantly american express gets it..so meanwhile i have been making all my payments to them plus they get the money that i should be gettting from the insurance company... thats why i paid into disability on my card so when and if i am sick that they pay my monthly payment... which i have been paying now and now they get the check also from the insurance company so that means they have been getting double paid... i have already called 7 different people and they keep telling me to calll someone else... so i guess i'm not making anymore payments cause they have enough for 5 months now...
