I replaced 16 old windows for Farley Windows. Most of the windows let the cold air in and the house is extremely hard to keep warm when it is cold and windy out. The old windows I replaced were much more efficient and did not let the cold air in. The company sent their mobile repair man but it was a nice calm day and he did not see anything wrong. Where can I get a real specialist to come inspect the windows and give me a report I can use to have the supplier replace the faulty product for another manufacturer.
