Frequency-hopping, spread-spectrum radio technology allows for interference free operation. Handheld and machine controllers automatically change frequencies 100 times per second to avoid electrical ‘noise’ or radio interference. Unique 56 bit ID codes are assigned between the handheld and machine controller to ensure no other remote system can operate that machine. Replacement handhelds are easily programmed on the spot at the push of a single button. J1939 CAN bus interface is available to OEM’s who use multiplex controls to simplify machine wiring.
