Hi, we re Ron and Tannis. We are the owners of Axiss Marketing Inc., and we re really happy to be here to serve you. Fairmont has been a vacation spot for ourselves since 1980. When the opportunity presented itself and the need for larger accommodations was felt, we pursued purchasing in the new development of Fairmont Ridge (some people refer to it as Marble Canyon). It is located along the 17th fairway of the beautiful Mountainside Golf Course. Axiss Marketing started renting properties in 1994. We bought out first two properties to offer a more comfortable, spacious accommodation in the Fairmont area for families wanting a little more than what the local timeshare facilities offered. After a few years in business we found there was a great demand for someone to manage other owners properties in the area so we expanded to a full property management company. Today we have 16 properties and our portfolio is growing constantly. To date we have helped over 600 families enjoy a few days or a few weeks in the beautiful Windermere Valley. Some have stayed with us each and every year since 1994. They love the area as much as we do. We have enjoyed our own family reunion utilizing our properties and have helped other people do the same.
