For Our new Oakville location, Click Here!! Established in 2001 in Burlington, Ontario, Kicks For Kids has a distinguished reputation for producing high performance athletes. Over the years Kicks For Kids has produced a large group of provincial, national and International champions up to and including 2 of our athletes / instructors carding for the Olympics. With so many Taekwondo programs out there to choose from, Kicks For Kids has distinguished themselves by emphasizing high quality instruction, from instructors that are actively competing both Nationaly and Internationaly themselves. We have quickly become known as the place to be, for athletes wishing to take Taekwondo competition to the next level. Several of our senior students have also continued on to become successful Coaches, Referees, and Instructors, who are passing on their knowledge and dedication to the next generation of Taekwondo stylists in the area. Our state of the art Olympic training centre is the largest Martial Arts School in Burlington at 17,500sq. ft. While others may make this claim, we encourage you to visit them and us for a quick integrity check and a first hand look!! We have 3 training floors. A 6,000 sq. ft. main training floor with olympic puzzle piece, percussion mats, a 3,000 sq. ft. floor also matted with extra padding for grappling, a 4,000 sq. ft. snack / homework area that seats 150 students at a time and a 4,500 sq. ft. training area with sprung hardwood floors for patterns and tumbling. These 3 floors are completely dedicated to Taekwondo training. Add to this our shared space with STUDIOARTS for our students that cross train in After School hip hop etc. and we have 30,000 sq. ft. in total. Our club is professionally cleaned twice daily and we feel it is one of the nicest facilities in North America. We teach the Official Olympic Sport of TAEKWONDO . Kicks For Kids specializes in martial arts instruction for children of all ages. Children s classes are offered each day of the week and training is unlimited. We are the only Martial Arts School in Burlington to teach both Olympic (WTF) and Traditional (ITF) Taekwondo. Both styles are taught authentically and unchanged from their original roots!! With over 600 active members our programs are by far the largest and most successful of their kind in Burlington. We currently offer North Americas Largest After School Martial Arts program (After School) that now picks up 300 students at 43 elementary schools in the Burlington, Waterdown and Oakville area. These children are transported to our facility and receive 2 hrs. of martial arts instruction daily. All of the programs that we offer have been designed by a team of registered, practicing, school teachers and Black Belt experts with an emphasis on building self-confidence and focus in children.
