He is an accomplished executive with extensive experience within the environmental industry in the public and private sector involving both start up and growth organizations. Prior to founding The envision Group, Mr. D Addario had over 10 years experience as the President & CEO of Environmental Management Solutions (EMS) Incorporated Mr. D Addario grew EMS, a company he founded, through his unique strategy and vision from its inception in 1995 to a company that was recognized by Profit Magazine as one the top 100 fastest growing companies in Canada with offices across Canada and more than $100 million in annual revenues. Mr. D Addario further has 11 years of experience with Environment Canada at the Federal Programs Division. As a Senior Environmental Officer, Mr. D Addario has acted as Project Director or Technical Advisor on more than 400 environmental projects dealing with a variety of environmental issues, including: environmental management systems, pollution prevention, compliance promotion, contaminated sites management, environmental auditing, greening of government initiatives, environmental life cycle management, and risk assessment/risk management. Mr. D Addario has won various entrepreneurial awards. He is also an accredited director of the Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD) having completed their governance program at Calgary s Haskayne School of Business in 2008. WINSTON YU LIU Estimator Winston Liu is the Estimator for Western Construction & Combustion Services Inc, in this role Winston estimates the cost of projects for all construction activities. Winston has spent over 17 years in the construction industry where he has been responsible for estimating, overseeing projects, supervision of employees and coordination of trades. Winston is an experienced project manager, he spent three years as Chief Engineer for a Steel Structural Development company and was Technical Supervisor for BHP Steel Building Products for six years.
