Mail order scam, cashed my cheque but sent no Super Booster... Angry in ALberta

I ordered a "Super Booster" antenna annd sent a cheque dated Feb 1, '02. The cheque was for 30.05.

ABout 3 weeks later I received a letter from them telling me they needed an additional $7.77 in order to process my order. I sent another cheque for that amount dated Mar. 1 '02.

Both cheques were cashed but I have not yet received the Super Booster.
