Horrible customer service and product

My husband and i bought a couch and a recliner at ashley when we moved into our 1st house less than 2 years ago and they have had to repair the same things 6 times already plus more keeps going wrong with the furniture. They refuse to let us have our money back and told us that they will not even replace the furniture with a new set, they will just fix it until the extended warrenty runs out and then its our problem. They don't return our phone calls and are extremly rude everytime we call them. they now want to come take oour couch out of our home for a week or 2 and repair it. So my husband and myself and our 2 small children will have to sit on the floor for a week or 2. Plus the chair that we purchased had a bar fall out that they told me didn't even need to be there and gouged huge holes in my brand new hard wood floors. This is the worst company ever and i am so fed up but cannot get anyone to help me do something about it.

Please don't anyone shop there, thy treat all their customers with complaints like this!
