I purchased a phone from bell nine years ago and kept it in my car for any emergency. I am a senior citizen. Went to use my phone and found out bell mobility cancelled my account after paying nine years from my visa with out sending me notice and when I complained they also told me my phone was no good and would have to buy a up to date one. I was just livid and what right does bell mobility have?? I have all my services through Bell Canada Phone, Internet and Bell Vu and had bell Mobility?? I would love to hear from someone about my complaint. I did speak to a surpervisor at bell mobility and he was of no help at all and just told me my phone was no good, and they could cancel my contract if I did not use the phone, even if they where collecting the fee every month.
