Attention: Vacation Club Management, Sunrise Vacations and Frank Scott
Good day!
So far I have paid more than $4, 000 for services that you have yet to provide.
a) No services have been provided in return of the payments
b) My wife was coerced, by your salespeople, in the parking lot to sign the papers. She was not even present for the presentation!
c) My phone call requests and letters have been ignored even the ones initiated by American Express
d) Your salespeople are trained liars and they use the lies just to get a sale
e) Your false promises have already caused a lot of financial and other damages to my family.
I am asking you to refund the full payment and stop charging my credit card for the rest of the payments.
I am also asking you to stop your threatening letters and phone calls immediately.
I have a recording where Sunrise Vacation Club management and employees called and threatened me to take my wages and put a lean on my house if I don't pay the rest of the money.
All they want is my money but haven't provided any of the promised services yet!!
When contacted, it's very obvious that they are just a scamming enterprise and all they are interested is getting people's money!
BEWARE OF Sunrise Vacation Club, they also go with Vacations In Paradise (VIP) and Nitsua Marketing.
Actually they keep on creating new names so people will not be able to recognize them. The best method is to avoid any timeshare calls from Wasaga Beach or Collingwood.
