Hello, As you may know My name is Taylor Schneider. I had applied to be a model back in early May, and had come in, in June to do my photo shoot for my Comp cards, I had made payment arrangements with Howard Phee, And Lauren Pernica, I have finished paying everything off in early July. I still have not received my comp cards, and can no longer sign in to my model log in on the page. I am very angry and frustrated that I spent over $500 with no results, I had kept messaging Lauren trying to find out what was wrong, she kept assuring me it was the printers, But yet it is now December and still nothing. I have made several calls and emails and no replies from no one! I am extremely angry! If i do not receive a message from them or a phone call within the next 2 weeks, I will be calling the BBB. I have multiple emails from Lauren and Howard as proof if they would like to see them! Again I am extremely upset. and If i don't receive the email or call after I have gone to the BBB I will be coming down to the studio and demanding my money back! So I hope you get back to me soon.
