Manager has a severe attitude

I would like to file a complaint about how poorly the service i received was, at the Restaurant within Walmart in Port Alberni.

Your manager there really needs to take some lesson's on how to treat customer's, and work on not going around with a smirk look on their face, a really severe attitude, and acting as if they're on top of the world, by looking down at people like myself, as if we're nothing more than a piece of trash on the ground, I as a customer deserve more respect, than the kind i received earlier today around 4:25 PM,

I'm very disgruntled, and not impressed by the poor, and extremly rude service i have received this has been the 2nd time something like this has happened to me, I'm also not the only customer, whom they were extremely rude with today

Don't you think that maybe it's time that you started going by the term and phrase of the customer's always right, regardless of how rude and insulting we are are, instead of reserving the right of your employee's refusal to serve us, when they were just as wrong.

As a Final note.

I think your employee's should be taught how to treat people much like myself and respect them as a paying customer, we're the reason why they get their paychecks every couple of weeks or so.

McDonald's would cease to exist, if it wasn't for people like me buying your products

the entire chain of your restaurants would have gone bankrupt ages ago, if customers continued receiving treatment such as what went on today, all the time.
