This company put in our $13, 000 hot-tub but failed to level it. The installers said it'd settle down over a few weeks. 9 months later it is still about 3 inches lower on one side - that is a lot when you are talking water over only 8 feet of distance. Repeated complaints to the company's customer service in Alberta yielded only the suggestion that I put a 2x4 under the tub's offending corner which goes against all of the installation procedures requiring a level support across the base. Repeated requests to the selling shop here in Oakville have gone nowhere - promises they will look into it but never any call back. I would not recommend this company due to the poor customer service and lack of care over installation.
