Bad customer service, no product, no refund, false promises

I ordered some products from this company in february of 2002, by the end of March I had not recieved my product. I called and was promised they would reship my order. I never recieved a thing. I called and emailed numerous times to no avail. Finally in April, I called and demanded a refund. I was promised a refund, which as of July 16th 2002, I still have not recieved.
