As a client of Canadian Tire corp. forthe past couple of years I have to share my disappointment with the last service to my vehicle/ Invoice 22019200035373.
I brought in my car especially to check my electrical system and to repair lights.My concerns were not addressed professionally and they weren't repaired to my satisfaction. Lights still DO NOT WORK!
On the day of my appointment ( Nov 05.2012), over an hour into waiting for the call, your customer service associate called me with the quote for repairs and other findings that were to be completed and I agreed to be looked after based on his phone quote etc.
My invoice clearly shows the mentioned problems were not addressed and the problem is still there! And all that after coughing up over a $1000 to your coffers!!
On a personal note; Mr. Mario should use some Customer Service training to know that his place in CT auto service is to professionally serve paying customers instead of being condescending and arrogant member of your personnel.
I hope you will look into my case and resolve the issue in a professional manner.
