Hi, i was lied to from start yet i went along thinking it will get better along the way. well it only got worst.there was never bio matrix at all but a cheap quality made WIG which was glued to my scalp with taps and liquid glue which was constantly melting, was messy, itchy, loose and shifted side to side all the time. the more i complained the less attention i got but to push for UPGRADE ..later on i found out that this con artist sales person works on commission ..they have a list of clients to target every morning before nine am pressuring stylists to pressure clients to go for UP GRADE=another scam and rip off and commission ..so i kept the pressure on until i had enough of constant lies, deceptions by this con artist who was unprofessional and verbally abusive and so called manager. finally i faxed a letter (have a copy) explaining my constant problems with their WIGS, TAPES, LIQUID GLUE and demanded better service or refund. JUST HOURS LATER they cancelled me out over telephone call with THREATS..they left me out with old, dying hair piece and LAUGHED at my face thinking they got away with it.they kept the rest of my money and all my paid products.this so called manager who has no idea of western world way of doing business resorted to conspiracy with help by this con artists (sales person) who not long ago sending me kisses in hallway and once told in my face that she loves me together did this..why? is something i don not want to say here..!!! i called BBB and CONSUMER PROTECTION OFFICE and they working on the case.but court is my another option.not before i inflict serious damages to this club by printing my story on flyers and distribute them by all their three locations in Toronto Canada. i will press charges on this two and club and other office staff member who according to sales person has been making homophobic remarks, slander about me which i find a cowardly act, gutlessness, illegal all will face charges in court..WHO IS LAUGHING NOW?
