Each TRAK Kayak comes with a five (5) year warranty, even for commercial use. You can continue to read the details if you want, but here s our warranty promise. If it s our fault, we ll fix it. If it s your fault, we ll work with you to get you paddling again. All TRAK Kayaks are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of five (5) years from the date of purchase, including for commercial use. The warranty is valid only if the warranty registration has been filed with TRAK Kayaks within 60 days of purchase. Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, abrasions, or damage resulting from abuse, alteration, or unauthorized repair. Additionally, it does not cover improper use, improper storage, neglect, or natural UV degradation of colors. (But as we said, call us, and we will work with you to get you paddling again - your satisfaction is very important to us.) TRAK Kayaks Incorporated is not liable for any injury or loss incurred as a result of the use of this product. The user of this product acknowledges and assumes any risks associated with such use and waives any and all claims against TRAK Kayaks Incorporated, its agents and assigns. In no event shall TRAK Kayaks be held liable for incidental or consequential damages beyond the purchase price of the product. (This is legal-eze for "be safe out there".)
