Timing From signing the contract and submission of a challenge, to the receipt of two to eight in-depth solutions, typically takes 12 weeks. IP Transfer When you accept and pay for a solution, the intellectual property is transfered from the Problem Solvers to you. Every Solver has contractually agreed to do this before they work on your challenge. Each Problem Solver who worked on your solution, will provide a notarized Employment Waiver and Release of Assignment that is signed by their respective employers, and a signed and notarized Affidavit and Intellectual Property Transfer agreement.
