Dudley brings over twenty-five years of professional experience in a diversity of projects, and a current staff of 20 registered and graduate architects, designers, building scientists, an Interior Designer, plus support staff. The firm was founded in 1981 and has offices in a heritage warehouse it owns in downtown Winnipeg. The firm is registered to practice architecture with the Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta and Ontario Associations of Architects, and is actively working in all four provinces. Prairie was the first architectural firm in Manitoba to be LEED ® accredited and has two full time Sustainable Building Specialists on staff. Prairie Architects Incorporated has developed a reputation for a participatory design process that involves client groups in the design of new buildings, historic restoration projects, First Nation projects, and in energy conserving green buildings.
